This policy applies to all personal data processed by Global Impact Solutions Corporation, including data related to staff and participants. It covers data collected during registration, course participation, assessments, and feedback activities.

· Personal data collected or gathered will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently per the Privacy Act.

· Only data necessary will be collected and used for the specific, legitimate purposes related to its collection.

· Personal data will be kept accurate, up to date, not kept longer than necessary, and securely deleted when no longer required.

· Data will be handled confidentially, and securely to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or breach.

Data We Collect and Use Your Data

You have a choice on how your personal information will be used.

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone      number, and other registration details pursuant to correctly identifying      individuals.
  • We need your contact information to deliver      purchased products and services or requested information. We may also send      you updated information about those products and services. 
  • We may inform you of new products or services and      those related to the original products, services, and requested      information. 

We do not collect Personal Information from bulletin boards or forums. And we do not sell your personal information.

We do not share personal data with third parties, except:

  • When required by law.
  • With trusted service providers (e.g., payment      processors, hosting platforms) who comply with data protection      regulations.

Return and Refund Policy

At Global Impact Solutions Corporation, we are committed to providing high-quality online training programs. Our refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

 

Eligibility for Refund

  1. Full Refund:

  • A full refund will be provided if the request is made up to seven (7) days before the start of the selected program and you did not receive access to any of the course content.
  • A refund will be given in credit towards a future date if the request is made up to 3 days before the start of the selected program.


  1. No Refunds:

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The refund request is made up to two (2) days before the start of the selected program.


Process for Requesting a Refund

  1. Submit a Refund Request:
        Email us at BuildingGlobalLeadership@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request”. Include the following:

  • Your full name
  • Program/Training Name
  • Date of purchase
  • Proof of Purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund


  1. Review Timeline:
        Refund requests are reviewed within 1-3 business days.


  1. Refund Approval:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.


Important Notes

  • Refunds only  apply to purchases made directly through Global Impact Solutions Corporations.
  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be updated on our website.
